Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Produce high-quality visual designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.

· Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas.

· Ensure consistency in design across all brand assets and communication channels.

· Uphold and enforce brand guidelines in all design projects to maintain a cohesive visual identity.

· Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

· Create multimedia content including info graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance visual storytelling.

· Adapt designs for various platforms and screen sizes, optimizing user experience.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

· Proven 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Familiarity with multimedia design tools and emerging design technologies.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.

· Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
